Charles Mosier House (1905) This is a classic Colonial Revival design, red brick trimmed with light colored stone. The diagonal pencil lines on the elevation drawing indicate that a hip roof was considered. Mosier was a partner in Mosier & Summers, a prominent local contractor that built many of the buildings designed by Esenwein & Johnson, including the Hotel Statler. |
