This presentation is part of the "Imagine Buffalo Niagara in the 21st Century" Downtown Library Noon-Hour 2010 - 2011 Lecture/Discussion Series every 2nd Tuesday sponsored by The Center for the Study of Art, Architecture, History & Nature (C-SAAHN).

Melissa N. Brown became the Buffalo and Erie County Historical Society's 11th director in its 149-year history. Ms. Brown joined the Society's staff in 1998 and has also consulted on dozens of other exhibits in local museums.

Ms. Brown highlighted the direction she plans to lead the Historical Society and also showed some artifacts from the collection to an appreciative audience of about 50 people.
