The Center for the Study of Art, Architecture, History & Nature (C-SAAHN) sponsors the Noon-Hour Lecture/Discussion series on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at the Buffalo & Erie County Downtown Central Library.

The theme for the 2010 - 2011 Series on the 4th Tuesday is "Why are Buffalo Niagara's Art, Architecture, History and/or Nature Important?" Rocco Termini spoke about the challenges that face developers trying to preserve local buildings. Termini has led the local effort to develop abandoned buildings into successful apartment lofts.

The Buffalo News provided a story on one aspect of the presentation, while Buffalo Rising gave an overview of the entire talk which spurred community dialog.
