806 (now #800) Delaware Avenue Seymour and Grace lived at 1035 Delaware but had purchased a mansion at 806 Delaware (PHOTO) in 1915, with the express purpose of tearing it down to build a new mansion. The construction of the new 806 Delaware was begun almost on the eve of Seymour's death in May of 1915, and it was completed in 1918.
