Frank H. Chappelle at the Pan-Am

In 1901, Frank H. Chappelle (1859-1929) was a well-known Buffalo architect and builder.

He built the
African Village for the Pan-Am Exposition, and enjoyed a good relationship with African-American representatives.

He is buried in Section 11 of Buffalo's Forest Lawn Cemetery
