Swan's neck pediment
Also called broken pediment
ArchitectureA type of broken pediment with S-shaped curves, like two swans' necks facing each other
A finial often rises between the scrolls
Found in Colonial Revival, Federal, Georgian Revival styles
FurnitureReferred to as bonnet top or gooseneck or broken pediment or scrolled pediment
