LaFarge reproduced part of the Bladelin Altarpiece of Rogier van der Weyden (1399-1464) for the Epiphany window. The Magi, representing three ages and races, kneel in awe of the Christ Child. To quote John LaFarge, "The star is Christ, a guide for men lost in the world." In 1886, Mary Laverack gave the window in memory of her parents Jerry and Arianda Webster Radcliffe. Jerry Radcliffe was a warden of old Trinity Church from 1838 to his death in 1856.
