Marjorie R. Borden was born on December 25, 1955, in Buffalo, New York, to James and Shirley Huntley. She was the President and founder of Kids Preneur (Children's Entrepreneur Business); involved with various Parent Teachers Associations; inner city youth groups. She organized and spearheaded ANNOAL, needy children's toy drive including distribution. Marjorie also researched and initiated several entrepreneurial enterprises relative to identification and data base information for the lost children's network.

At the time of her death, she was a fifteen-year veteran of the Buffalo Police Department. She was an active member of the PBA, African American Police Association, and the Community Police Officer for "E" District. She received numerous awards and honors for her work in public service.
