A flexible rollover top, or rolltop desk or table. It may also be used as a vertical rolling or sliding door on a cabinet, chest, etc.
Small molding strips or reeds are transversely glued onto a heavy canvas backing the ends of which fit into grooves on the inner sides of the piece of furniture.
