There are collections of Dr. Fronczak's papers at the Buffalo State College and Historical Society libraries.

Check out the house where Francis Fronczak, Buffalo's first Health Commissioner lived at 806 Fillmore Avenue. Dr. Fronczak was a very active member of the local community as well as internationally. The house later housed the offices of his daughter, also a physician, Dr. Eugenia Bukowska.

Later the house became a Ukrainian church. The home is now (2003) a private residence.
